How to Book

MINIMUM GUEST NUMBERS required is 25 when booking a Packaged Menu.
For all other orders MINIMUM ORDER VALUE $350 excluding GST and Delivery Fee.

  1. Choose from our huge selection of Menus based on the food you like and of course your budget.  All prices are on our website and this will give you a good idea of what it will cost you.  For menus that do not include staff, you will need to account for the cost of staff based on the style of catering you require.
  2. If the food is right and the price is right you may wish to do some further checks – ask us for some references or refer to comments posted by customers after their event on our FaceBook Page.
  3. Ask for a quote by filling in our Enquiry Form.
  4. If you are happy with the menu, cost and our reputation, you are ready to book.  First step is to secure your date with a deposit of $200 once you have accepted our Booking Conditions.  If you have not already asked us for a formal quote, you will require our BSB and Account Number in order to pay this deposit – or you may pay by credit card.  Please click on “Payment Methods” on that page.
  5. Balance of payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event date, except where indicated otherwise, when final numbers are also due.  No drop in numbers is permitted within the 2 weeks of the booking date.  Note: 4 weeks for Christmas bookings and Weddings.
    For bookings made within this time frame, full payment is due immediately upon acceptance of the quote.
