Sydney Functions Catering offers unbeatable “Roast ‘n Grill” packages with succulent, slow cooked, tender roasts to suit every budget. You can even create your own menu. We also provide a delectable choice in vegetarian options in place of the meats for your vegetarian guests at no extra cost. We will also try to accommodate other dietary needs that you may have.
PLEASE NOTE: The following applies to all menus listed on this page. Some exceptions apply to the Sausage Sizzle Menu.
- All prices are ex GST and a 10% GST applies
- Children under 10 from $12. It is best to assess kids numbers based on “equivalent” adults for “Drop Off” services.
- Children under 5 at $2.00 each.
- Minimum numbers 25 adults.
- All menu pricing is based on 100+ pax with some variation in the number of menu items for smaller numbers (usually only 1 less salad than the allocation).
- For numbers less than 100 (but greater than 50), a s/charge of $1 pp applies for Halal Meats.
For numbers 25-50, a s/charge of $2 pp applies.
- 2 x Buffet Tables with fitted Royal Blue or Red Tablecloths. For white fitted table cloths there is an extra charge of $25.00 per buffet table (L 1.55m ).
- All Stainless Chafing dishes with warmers
- Stainless Steel gastronome trays
- Salad bowls as required.
- All Serving Utensils as required.

Listed above are FREE value inclusions for “On-Site” catering where 1 chef and 1 wait staff is usually required and needs to be paid for. Additional staff may be required for larger numbers. For more complex menus and when ordering a 2 or 3 course meals or where access is difficult (eg. steps, or lift access), two staff will be required.

For a “DROP OFF” Service:
The above surcharge is not applicable.
A delivery fee from $75 applies for deliveries within metropolitan Sydney. Peak hour and weekend delivery surcharges may apply. For other areas a surcharge may apply.
For a “Drop Off” service, salads come to you fully garnished and presented in re-cyclable bowls. A $5 charge per re-cyclable salad bowl applies for all delivered salads. These bowls are yours to keep and re-use as you choose.

Booking and Payment:
