OTHER INCLUSIONS:
- Commercial Hot Boxes, Stainless Steel gastronome trays & Chafing dishes with fuel and Serving Utensils where required. Should selected items require the use of our oven/bbq on-site (@ nominal s/charge of $49), we will require one more staff ($160 ex GST over 4 hours including bump-in and bump-out).
- 1 Complimentary Buffet Table with fitted Royal Blue Tablecloth if required. Additional trestle tables with tablecloth may be hired at $35 each.
- Public Liability Insurance.
STAFFING:
$45 per hour, min. 4 hours for Chef; $40 per hour, min. 4 hours for Assisting Staff or where no oven/bbq is required.
OTHER PARTY ITEMS:
Bio-degradable disposable plates and forks may be purchased if required @ $1.00 pp OR small plates at $0.75pp.
“Drop Off” service is not available for this package.
