PLEASE NOTE:  

The following applies to all menus listed on this page.  Some exceptions apply to the Sausage Sizzle Menu.

  • All prices are ex GST and a 10% GST applies
  • Children under 10 from $12.  (No discounts for the Sausage Sizzle or Build a Burger Menu).
  • Children under 5 at $2.00 each.
  • Minimum numbers 25 EXCEPT Min. numbers 75 for sausage sizzles and 50 for Build a Burger applies.
  • All menu pricing is based on 100+ pax with some variation in the number of menu items for smaller numbers.
  • For numbers less than 100 (but greater than 50), a s/charge of $1 pp applies for Halal Meats.  For numbers 25-50, a s/charge of $2 pp applies.

*FREE Inclusions below for “Staff Catered On-Site” service when paying for 2 staff and guest numbers 50+ 

  • 2 x Buffet Tables with fitted Royal Blue or Red Tablecloths. For white fitted table cloths there is an extra charge of $25.00 per buffet table (L 1.55m ).
  • All Stainless Chafing dishes with warmers
  • Stainless Steel gastronome trays
  • Salad bowls as required.
  • All Serving Utensils as required.
  • Public Liability Insurance

Listed above are FREE value inclusions for “On-Site” catering where 1 chef and 1 wait staff is usually required and needs to be paid for.  Additional staff may be required for larger numbers.  For more complex menus and when ordering a 2 or 3 course meals or where access is difficult (eg. steps, or lift access), two staff will be required.

“STAFF CATERED” Service:

For a “Staff Catered” Service and For numbers under 50 guests the following surcharges apply to be able to take advantage of the above FREE Inclusions.
35-49 pax$195 Additional
25-34 pax$295 Additional

DROP OFF” Service:

For our “Drop Off” service, the above surcharge is not applicable.
A delivery fee from $75 for metro Sydney applies.  Distance and Weekend/peak time rates apply.
For the “Drop Off” service, salads come to you fully garnished and presented in re-cycleable bowls.  A $5 charge per re-cyclable salad bowl applies for all delivered salads.  These bowls are yours to keep and re-use as you choose.

Booking and Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required immediately upon confirmation to secure your date.
