Welcome to the Oktoberfest 2018.  The first keg has been tapped thus declaring the “Wiesn” – as the Munich people call it – officially open, and the beer is flowing as the 185th Oktoberfest gets underway in Munich.  The festivities continue until Sunday, October 7th, 2018.

We have two Menus for you to celebrate Oktoberfest with.

All Prices are per person per item.

  5. Geraucherter Lachs Lauch und Frischkase auf Pumpernickel…………$2.95 pp (smoked salmon, leek and cream cheese bites)
  6. Mini Gegrillte Wurstchen ……………… $2.95 pp (mini grilled sausages)
  7. Spinat und Kase Blatterteig…………….$2.95 pp (Spinach and Cheese Filo)
  8. Mais Rindfleisch, baco und Lauch auf oatcakes…………………………$3.95 pp (Corn Beef, Bacon and Leek on Oatcakes)
  9. Kalte Paprikahuhn auf Kartoffelsalat in a boat (served cold)……..$3.95 pp (Cold paprika chickn on potato salad)

NOTES:

  • The prices are for our “Drop Off” service and based on 50+ guest numbers and a minimum order of 5 items.   Numbers under 50 may incur a surcharge.  A delivery fee from $65 applies for within metro Sydney – addl amount for greater distances.  Peak hour delivery also attracts a surcharge.
  • For a Staff Catered Function, please add $350 which will include one chef.  A second staff as the chef’s assistant for plating up must added.  Minimum 4 hours at $40 per hour (total $160).  For further staffing details please refer to our Staffing page.
  • All prices exclude GST and a 10% GST must be added.

  • Bratwurst w/ sauerkraut (German Pork Sausages)
  • Schweinebraten (Slow-cooked Pork Neck w/ apple sauce)
  • Roastbeef (Slow-cooked Beef )
  • Hahnchenschnitzel (Chicken Schnitzel)
  • Chicken Paprikasch (German Paprika Chicken – thigh & breast fillets)

 

Hot Accompaniments:  (Choose any two)

  • Erbsen und Speck Kartoffelbrei (Peas and Bacon Potato Mash)
  • Cremigkartoffel mit Schinkenspeck (Creamy Potato with Bacon)
  • Maple Glazed Roasted Carrots
  • Green Bean, Onion and Bacon
  • Broccoli, Bacon and Leek

Desserts:

Desserts are not included in the above price.  For a choice of desserts, please refer to our delectable Desserts menu.  It would be lovely to finish the menu with Obstsalat (Fruit Salad) or our delicious Apple Strudel or Cheese and Cherry Strudel.

 

NOTES:

  • If you wish a staff catered event, a flat fee of $350 will apply and includes one chef along with hire of all equipment required. For larger numbers or when more than one course is ordered, you may require additional staff.
  • For smaller numbers you may wish to choose our “Drop Off” service where food will be delivered hot to you in foil trays and foam eskies. Delivery fee from $65 applies within metro Sydney.

 

Other Items you may require:

  • Disposable Dinnerware may be ordered from SFC at $1pp (plate, knife, fork & serviette)
  • Disposable Dessert ware may be ordered from SFC at $0.65pp (bowl, spoon and serviette)

 

NOTES:

  • All prices quoted are ex GST and a 10% GST will need to be added.
  • For a “Drop Off” service a delivery fee from $55 for metro Sydney, applies.  There may be a surcharge for delivery to further locations or peak hour deliveries.
