Broadly, there are three most popular catering styles for weddings. Your wedding could be a Stylish Cocktail Party where the guests mingle over a drink as waiters pass around a selection of hot and cold canapes, enough to make up a filling meal. Or perhaps a Silver Buffet or Silver Table Service? Again, this can be combined with some Hors D’oeuvres served with pre-dinner drinks. We will be pleased to help you arrange any type of catering you desire for your special occasion.

We have created two styles of menus for your convenience.
This menu is priced for a four hours service including bump-in and bump-out and the assumption that disposable dinner ware will be used which is time efficient. It assumes a standard one course no interruption service party where one staff and all equipment for a buffet prep and set up is included in the price (see FC Price Inclusions). Weddings usually have a time line and a need for speeches, toasts and possibly at least two courses. Weddings also often require the use of real crockery and cutlery. Additional labour will be needed and a quote provided based on your wedding time line and your service needs. Please provide this at the time or requesting a customised Wedding quote.
2. Buffet Banquet Menu :
This menu is priced for a five hour service and assumes the service to be a silver service (using real crockerry, cutlery and glasses) and also as Desserts and Tea and Coffee are included courses. These may be hired from us and a quote will be provided if this is your service need. Again, please provide a time-line at the time of booking.
3. Plated Menu :
This menu has no staff/service included in the prices. An alternate drop choice is often requested when choosing a plated menu service to compensate for the vast choices available at a buffet. You may opt for your choices of the number of courses and the type of service required. Usually the service used is using real crockery and cutlery. Starters/Entrees, if ordered, are priced for a table service, but it is possible to have bowls or platters placed at each table for which we would require the table configurations and the number of tables. Desserts may be placed at a Desserts station for self-serve but alternately to avoid the Wedding syndrome of running out, you may wish to order these by platters for portioned serves to be placed at each table. Of course, these may also be plated and served as alternate drops or choose the same for all. Tea and coffee is best placed at a Tea and Coffee “station” where guests can help themselves if they wish to have this.
